“The house and the garden are beautiful and well suited for a large family. We were able to spend very nice days together, there are many possibilities in this spacious house (terrace, pool, pétanque, many beautiful niches around the house and in the garden, spacious living and dining room, well-equipped and roomy kitchen). We felt at home from the very first minute. We would love to come back"

Our stay was magical. From the view from the terrace to the well-appointed design of the home, we didn’t want to leave! The house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. Each bedroom in the main house has an en-suite bathroom, which made the stay feel very luxurious. The pool was lovely, and we had a fantastic time swimming. The location makes it easy to reach Antibes, Cap d’Antibes, Nice, and other charming places, while allowing you to return to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. We would love to stay again sometime!
Even Better Than the Photos

The house was wonderful — even better than the photos. The outdoor space is amazing, and the pool is fantastic. Although the villa is close to many places, we didn’t venture too far because we were having such a lovely time at the house. The bedrooms were all equally nice, so nobody had to be stuck in the box room! We were a mixed-age group of ten people, and everyone had a fantastic time. We will hopefully be back.
An Unbeatable View and a Wonderful Week

Fantastic house in a great location, just a short drive from most places. We had a wonderful week with our extended family. The bedrooms are well appointed, and each has its own shower and toilet. An unbeatable view, a lovely pool, and a beautiful garden.
A Beautiful Home for Family and Friends

Bellevue is a beautiful house with a stunning view. It is very well designed and ideal for a large family or a group of friends. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There is a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea and a beautifully maintained garden. The heated pool is lovely and has a cover that can be operated from the terrace, so there is no need to worry about small children.
The villa is set on a steep hill, which gives it that wonderful view, although the walk to the bakery in the morning requires some effort. There are many beautiful places and enjoyable activities nearby if you have a car.
Plenty of Space for Three Families

We had an amazing stay at this villa. We were three families with children, and we all had plenty of space. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The main highlight, however, is the outdoor space. The children loved the pool, and we loved the view. We enjoyed playing table tennis and pétanque and sitting on the terrace with our morning coffee. The location is also excellent — just a short drive from many beautiful towns and villages. We will be back!
The Perfect Family Holiday with Teenagers

The house is absolutely beautiful and leaves nothing to be desired. Our family group — two adults with children and partners aged 52, 50, 22, 21, 19, 17, and 12 — had wonderful shared spaces around the large kitchen table, by the pool, and in the living room, while everyone could also retreat and spend some time alone or as a couple. It was the perfect family holiday with teenagers. The garden is large and well maintained, as is the pool. The host was very friendly and helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful property. It was a wonderful week, even though the weather wasn’t always ideal. We made great use of the heated pool and the pétanque court. Thank you!
A Wonderful Two-Week Stay

I rented Bellevue for two weeks in August. The house was very well appointed and spacious, with beautiful cutlery, crockery, and everything else we could have wanted. The excellent pool became the centre of activity. We spent most of our time at the house, and it was easy to reach Cannes, Antibes, and Golfe-Juan — the children could even travel there and back for evenings out. Highly recommended, and I would happily rent it again. Thank you to everyone.

We had a fantastic week in Vallauris with the family. The house itself lived up to expectations and the view is incredible. Cooking dinners together and enjoying long meals on the terrace with that backdrop is a dream in itself! If you enjoy swimming and fun, everything you could want is in the house, and if the weather is not great there are many beautiful sights nearby (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Saint Paul, Saint Tropez, to name a few). We even made a longer trip to Avignon and Châteauneuf-du-Pape when the weather was less good (about 3 hours by car). Very easy trip and stunning towns!
The area around the house is peaceful and relaxing. We chose to rent a car for convenience, but it’s also possible to use public transport or Uber at a very low cost (bus from Antibes €1 and Uber from Antibes €10–20).
We absolutely recommend this villa and host – thank you for a wonderful week!

Everything We Hoped For!

The Villa was everything we hoped for. We were three families with young kids between 1–7 years old. The heated pool was fantastic for the families and the house has everything you need. The view is great and the beds were very comfortable. It’s really everything you could want, just a short drive from Antibes and Cannes. We will definitely stay again!
Fantastic Villa for the Whole Family

Family Hörmander, November 2023
This is a fantastic villa! Our family of 10 people (4 generations) had a lovely vacation here. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, and the view is breathtaking. The spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, the nicely combined kitchen/living room, and the many terraces allowed for both privacy and family time. We had many nice dinners on the terrace, and our granddaughters loved the pool!

Splendid House of Peace!

Splendid house where peace, relaxation, and family moments are in all our memories! The staff was very welcoming and responsive to questions. A small detail on communication regarding the cleaner’s payment method and check-out time, but honestly minor. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful house and location. It was easy to explore the nearby towns and beaches with just a 15-minute car ride to Antibes and Cannes. The heated swimming pool was a huge hit with the kids! We really enjoyed our time. Thank you!

We had a really great time. What a beautiful house, great location, and an amazing pool. We enjoyed it so much and hope we can rent it again. The house is beautifully decorated, with lovely rooms, and the washing machines were very convenient. The BBQ was excellent and easy to clean. I especially liked that the pool had no chlorine. The gardener was very kind, and the view is something you never get tired of – absolutely stunning. In short, we truly enjoyed it. Many thanks!
